Q: Why should I buy online?
Speeding up the process : By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time. Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
Q: Can I combine separate pictures in one painting ?
Yes we can combine many pictures in one painting, upload the pictures and we'll take care of the rest, you can add a note for designers in case of special request.
Q:Where are you based ? where is my order coming from ?
All our products are printed and shipped from the UNITED STATES
Q: What information should I input when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit.
Q: why my painting looks cartoonish ?
paintings are supposed to be seen from a distance, details are not supposed to be 100% identical, otherwise it will look like a normal photo with a different background.
Q:What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us at support@whispergiftstore.com so we can manage the order manually.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
Q: Can I edit my order ?
If there were changes, they must be made within the next 12 hours after placing the order. Cancellation or photo change requests past the 12 hours window will incur a fee of $25 per item/design.
Q: How can I get offers of bulk amounts?
If there was a bulk order discount you will notice it when you are at the shopping cart, if not you can send us an email titled “offer request”. We will send you an offer. Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price requests

Q: Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please do so before 12h of your order. After 12h your order should have already proceeded, design fees will be cut before refunding your money, please check our terms and conditions for more information.

Q: Why my painting looks faded?
We work on the original picture as it is, so the details of the painting depends on how good the quality of the photo you submit with your order

Q: What if i don't like my artwork ?
If you requested a preview we’ll approve the design with you before print, we can make up to 3 revisions, we offer a clear painting style, so by checking our examples on the website you can imagine the final result.
Q: Is my data secure Security?
Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
Q: Can i choose the background color ?
The customer can choose the background color and the design orientation, if the order is placed without any note/request Gift Shack designers will choose the background color, design margins, design orientation , etc

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
Delivery time is usually mentioned in the product description, in general, it takes from 7 to 14 days to receive the order depending on the product If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Depending on your shipping address, we choose the most secure and convenient shipping method to deliver your goods.
